Payments

Traveler Responsibilities

PearlEscape is not liable for losses, delays, or additional expenses incurred due to incomplete or invalid travel documents. Travelers are expected to follow local laws, customs, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by tour guides or representatives. PearlEscape reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation in a tour if a traveler’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Health, Safety, and Insurance
Participation in tours and activities may involve certain inherent risks. By booking with PearlEscape, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. PearlEscape is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or expenses arising from activities beyond our direct control.
Limitation of Liability
