Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If a customer chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, refund eligibility will depend on the notice period provided before the scheduled tour or service date. Cancellations made well in advance of the tour date may qualify for a partial or full refund, subject to administrative fees and non-refundable third-party costs such as hotel reservations, transport arrangements, permits, or activity bookings. Cancellations made closer to the travel date may result in reduced refunds or no refund at all, as costs may already have been incurred on behalf of the customer. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in situations including, but not limited to, no-shows, early departures, unused services, changes in personal travel plans, failure to obtain valid travel documents, or failure to comply with tour requirements. PearlEscape-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that PearlEscape must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participant numbers, or force majeure events, customers will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund at PearlEscape’s discretion. Refund amounts in such cases will be determined after deducting any non-recoverable costs already paid to third-party service providers.
Force Majeure
PearlEscape shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
